Our Guarantee
All our products are handmade with the utmost care and attention to detail. We guarantee our products to be free of defects and will accept any defective item for a refund.
Please note: Acacia Studio is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. You will be refunded for the items returned, not the shipping costs or any customs/duty fees you might have incurred upon receiving your order.
Made to order, customised items are not returnable.
IF you’re not satisfied with any other purchase, we're happy to accept your return within 14 days of receiving your item .
Return / Exchange Requirements
Items must be in the original condition they were received in
Item must be in the original packaging.
Item must not be worn, not washed, no traces or perfume or deodorant.
Items must be mailed off within 14 days as of the day of delivery
Item must be shipped within 3 working days of refund/exchange approval.
The shipping cost is not included in the refund sum.
Customer is responsible for covering return shipment cost
We reserve the right to refuse a return if it doesn't meet the above conditions.
We suggest that all returns are sent with a trackable, insured service, confirming your items are well packaged, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.
If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package ‘Returned Goods’, to avoid any customs charges. Acacia Studio cannot be held responsible for Customs Charges due to insufficient data/incorrectly labeled returns.
If a return is made outside of the 14-day period, it will be returned to you and you may be charged additional shipping costs for the return.

Exchanges
Product exchanges are currently not available, however, if you need to return an item because you are not satisfied with the size or color of the product, we offer the option of returning your items within 30 days of receipt of your order. You will have to place a new order and return the first item following our returns policy.
